The pressing and strapping of wood pulp bales into sheets

The economical purpose of this plant is the elimination of pallets costs used for the handling, storing and shipment of wood pulp bales.

The plant consists of one press and one strapping machine, connected with each other by means of rolls transportation. The pressing allows bales water outlet, so to reduce the volume and weight of the same but most of all to support their compactness. By means of this procedure it is possible, during following phase, the strapping of pulp bales, avoiding pallet use.

In this plant, the bales handling, before and after pressing, takes place on proper plastic trays, which are recovered before strapping and used for the following pressing cycles.
